Whether it's a solo session, time with friends, or a family shoot..I’ll guide you through every step, from location to vibe, and put in the work before, during, and after to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. My goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere so you can feel comfortable and confident. I can't wait to help you capture memories you'll cherish forever! Below is a breakdown of what to expect when booking with me.

 

The Process

 

Step 01

Fill out the form

Start by filling out the submission form on my website. Think of it as the “first hello” where you tell me all about your ideas, dreams, and what you're looking for. The more detail, the better!

Step 02

Call or meet-up

Once I’ve had a peek at your form, I’ll reach out to set up a quick call or meet-up. This is our chance to vibe, ask questions, and get excited about what we can create together. Next, I’ll send over a personalized proposal with all the juicy details—timeline, pricing, and what you can expect. No surprises, just good stuff.

Step 03

Sign contract

Love what you see? Awesome! I’ll send over a simple contract so we’re both on the same page. Once signed, we’re official! After the contract, I’ll request a deposit to lock in your spot—and then the fun begins! I’ll start prepping and planning behind the scenes.

Step 04

Session Day


On the day of the session, you’ll arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time, and I’ll be there, ready to capture your moments! I’ll guide you throughout the session to help you feel comfortable, confident, and have fun while I capture your best shots. Whether it’s a solo session, a shoot with friends, or a family gathering, I’ll make sure everything flows smoothly and everyone is relaxed. Just have fun!

Step 05

Post-Session


Now it’s go time! I’ll keep you in the loop with updates, sneak peeks, and all the behind-the-scenes magic. Collaboration is key, and I want you to feel part of the journey.  Your full gallery will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, which is typically 2 weeks, or 4-6 weeks for larger events.

Step 06

Final Delivery (and Happy Dance)


Once everything is polished and perfect, I’ll deliver your final files or project—and yes, we celebrate! I’m here if you need anything after too. If you’ve shared your photos on social media, I would appreciate a photo credit, though it’s not required. If you need prints, albums, or anything else, I’m here to assist you with that as well!

INVSETING INTO YOUR SESSION

INVEST IN YOURSELF... IT YIELDS THE BEST RETURNS!

  • Every package includes a private online downloadable gallery where you can easily view, share, and download your images.
  • All packages come with a social media and print release, allowing you to share and print your photos freely, along with the option for a style guide to help plan your session.
  • You can also invest in professional prints and albums to beautifully showcase your photos.
  • Custom-designed albums and high-quality prints can be a great way to preserve your memories for years to come.
  • Coverage includes locations within 25 miles of zip code 32605. Locations beyond this distance will incur a travel fee.
  • For out-of-state weddings and sessions, the travel fee will cover hotel, flights, and car rentals to ensure I can be there with you.
  • Additional locations can be added to your package for an additional fee, which varies by location.
  • Extra individuals can be added to your session for an additional $50 fee beyond what’s included in your package, this is per person.
  • Please note that any extra props or special items requested for your session will incur an additional cost.

  • Hair and Makeup: Hair and makeup can significantly enhance the results of your shoot by helping you feel and look your best. If you'd like help finding a professional hair and makeup artist, just let me know, and I can provide recommendations.
  • Outfit Styling: Choose outfits that reflect your style and personality. I would be happy to assist with outfit styling to help you select the perfect looks for your session. Whether you need advice on coordinating outfits or suggestions for different styles, I'm here to make sure you look and feel your best.
  • Props: Special items like blankets, flowers, or personal objects that add meaning to your session can create a more unique and personalized experience.
  • Custom Accessories: Consider incorporating accessories like jewelry, hats, or scarves to add a personal touch to your outfit.



*Please note, the number of images included in your package is complimentary, but additional photos will be available for selection and purchase. Also, a retainer of 30% of your session fee is required to secure your date and time, and your booking is not confirmed until the contract is signed, and the retainer is paid.
